Doesnt work. I work as a computer technician at a major university and trust me when i say that it does nothing but remove the logo and loading bar from your boot sequence. BOOTGUI is an acronym. Boot meaning when your computer starts up and GUI mean graphical User Interface. Put simply it means, do you want to watch your computer boot windows? I slightly enjoy your work zack but this tip is entirely false and does not make your computer boot any faster. Sorry to rain on your parade but maybe you should stick to things your a little more knowledgeable about first.

Appreciate the video but it doesn’t have any relation in making XP go faster.
You might want to check out msconfig though to play around with some of the boot settings.
